RETURNS AND REFUND

      • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

        • Given the perishable nature of the product, returns for products that areout for delivery or have already been delivered cannot be done.

          • Please notify regarding refund requests in terms of product damage during delivery, within the first 30 mins after the delivery has been completed.

            • Refunds will only be available in the form of credit notes or company credit, which can be used by the customers for up-to 30 days from the dayof the credit note issued.

              • Credit notes can be redeemed only once and cannot be partially applied.

                • The refund credit note will only be issued by the company within 24 hours,after thorough assessment of the damage or complaint raised by the customer.

                  • In case, mishaps like displacement of the order or wrong order being delivered, replacement of the same with the correct order that has been placed by the customer will be duly done by the company.

                    • The order can be cancelled up to a day before delivery / pick up date. We charge 50% cancellation charges in any kind of cancellation

                      • For cancellation made on the same day of delivery, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged

                        • Refunds on eligible cancellations will be carried out by the company, within 7 business days from the original day of cancellation.

                          • Refund or replacements will not be provided if the order is mis-delivered due to incorrect address given by the customer.

                            • In rare cases, wherein the order is not delivered due to our fault, the customer is eligible for a full refund and will be notified as soon aspossible.

                              • For cancellations done by the company, a complete refund will be provided.
