DELIVERY & PICKUPS

• We deliver all across Pune city.
• Delivery and pick-up timings: 1 pm to 7 pm.
• Days of operations :

      – Tuesday

      – Wednesday

      – Thursday

      – Friday

      – Saturday

      – Sunday

• Packaging and Quality Assurance – Quality checks of the product before it leaves for delivery are thoroughly done, responsibility regarding the quality of the product is taken by the company.

• Ordering cut-off time – For same day delivery, orders must be placed 6 hours before. For future or next day deliveries, orders at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.

• Delivery delays – While the company will strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather issues, accidents etc will not be our responsibility. Notification for such a situation will be done promptly, and we will highly appreciate your understanding for the same.

• Special instructions – Please include any special delivery instructions like landmark, change of address, recipient information, time of delivery etc before hand while placing the orders, to ensure smooth delivery.

• Pick-up – In case of orders to be received by the customers themselves, pick-up of the orders is also available during the operation hours of the kitchen.

• Complaints – If any complaints regarding the product‘s condition upon its arrival by our in-house delivery personnel, notify us within the first 30 min after the delivery has been handed to you, with evidence for the same.
