FOUNDER’S STORY
Hello all, I am Dhanshri Aher, co-founder of Mirelle Patisserie. I have been fascinated with the gastronomical field for as long as I can imagine, leading me to turn my passion for this art of food and pastry into my profession. I have developed my basic culinary skills right from my mom’s kitchen to my university’s kitchens at IHM-A. Love for pastry then pushed me to hone my French pastry arts skills from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, France. After having explored different paths in the dessert world, now I am here with Mirelle, a place where pastry is relished by the heart.
