Hi, I am Krina Chauhan, co-founder of Mirelle Patisserie. I completed my B.A honours in Culinary Management from IHM-A. My love for creativity and precision involved in the creation of a pastry, fueled my eagerness to deepen my skills at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, France. After which I practised my skills, gaining industry experience through training and working at various professional kitchens. Although eventually the afterthought of opening my own place took front-seat and so here comes Mirelle, bringing my love for pastry for everyone.
